Brief Strategic Therapy?

When it comes to psychotherapy, there are various theoretical models that explain how individuals interact with themselves, others, and the world.

One widely recognized approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but there is another valuable approach called Brief Strategic Therapy (BST), developed by Giorgio Nardone and his collaborators at the Strategic Therapy Centre in Arezzo, Italy, founded by Nardone and Paul Watzlawick.

Fixing things has always been my calling. There's an exhilaration in taking something broken, analysing its components, and skilfully putting it back together.
