As a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist and Strategic Brief Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I offer online therapy in English, Spanish, and Catalan. My areas of specialization encompass anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, OCD, health anxiety, agoraphobia, specific phobias, and social anxiety), depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief. I also have expertise in addressing binge-eating, emotional dysregulation, and various other conditions. Additionally, I bring valuable experience in working with complex mental health issues, such as psychosis, and have extensive knowledge in neuropsychology and dementia care.
